What information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Your name and email address when you sign up for the Strong After 35 email series
• Your name, email, and phone number when you apply for coaching through our website
• Your name, email, and phone number when you book a call via Cal.com
• Your name and payment details when you purchase coaching (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Any information you provide in onboarding forms before your coaching starts

We also collect limited technical data automatically through cookies and tracking tools (see below).

How we use your information

• To deliver the coaching programme and communicate with you about it
• To send you the email series you signed up for
• To send you marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve our website and advertising using aggregated analytics data

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) and Google Analytics on our website. These tools collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site and help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The Meta Pixel may use cookies to match your visit to a Facebook account if you are logged in. You can opt out of this via your Facebook ad settings.

Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Make for automating notifications when you apply for coaching
• MailerLite for email delivery
• Stripe for payment processing
• Cal.com for booking management
• Everfit for coaching programme delivery
• Meta / Facebook for advertising measurement
• Google Analytics for website analytics

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you are an active client or subscriber. If you unsubscribe from emails or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email hello@anaputonaite.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.
