I've been coaching for 10+ years. In that time I've worked with hundreds of people. Most of them over 35, most of them dealing with the same things. Inconsistency, stiffness, feeling like the stuff that worked in their 20s doesn't work anymore.

The answer is almost always the same. The right things, done consistently. Not more. Not harder. Just structured, progressive full-body training with someone keeping you honest.

No. Programmes are built around what you have, gym or home.
How much time does this take?+
Three sessions a week, 45 to 60 minutes each. No daily commitments. Built to fit around a real life.
What if I have an injury or joint issues?+
Most things can be worked around with the right programming. We'll talk it through when Ana gets in touch. Module 3 also has 21 specific videos for when things don't feel right.
What happens after 12 weeks?+
Continue at £79/month or stop. No lock-in beyond the initial commitment. Most clients continue, but that's entirely your call.
What if I travel a lot or have an unpredictable schedule?+
Module 4 covers exactly this. Home and travel variations are included. Busy weeks are part of the system, not a reason it breaks down.
